The room is available for guests from 4pm onwards, unless agreed otherwise beforehand. If necessary, your luggage may be dropped off earlier so that you can start exploring the city right away. Please present valid identification when checking in.

On the day of departure, checkout time is 10:30am. Your luggage may be picked up later in the day.

We would appreciate it if you would pay your bill in advance, preferably in cash. Payment by PayPal is subject to a 4.3% surcharge. We do not accept credit cards.

Dogs are sometimes allowed, if our cats agree to it. A dog costs €10 per day and must be on a leash at all times.

Your room and the entire house are Non-Smoking areas; there is however an ashtray in the garden. Hard drugs are not appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

You can always change the dates of your stay provided that the room is still available. Cancellation is also free up to two months before the arrival date. Cancellations are valid only if we have confirmed them by e-mail.

In the event of late cancellation, we must charge full price for having kept the room reserved. We will send you an invoice for these cancellation costs by e-mail so that you can request compensation from your cancellation insurance.

In the event that we are able to rent out the cancelled days, we will not charge you for them.


When staying in our home and using our facilities, you do so at your own risk. We do our utmost to offer you maximum security, however, Bed & Breakfast Fleur d’Amsterdam is in no way liable for any loss, accident, personal damage, medical costs or damage to possessions – regardless of the cause.
